RETURN POLICY
We guarantee all our jewelry and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. Each piece is electronically tested for authenticity before it is sent to you. If, for some other reason, you decide to return an item, returns must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice. The item(s) must be in the original packaging, unworn, with price tag still attached and all paperwork included in order to receive a 100% refund. Returns will not be honored if merchandise is altered in any manner. Returns will not be made after the 30-day period. We do not reimburse for return insurance and shipping. Return payments will be made the same as paid for.
